The Victor Smorgon Partners US Real Estate Fund III (Property Fund III) provides exposure to a diversified US portfolio of property projects, as well as access to local, experienced teams with well-established operational platforms.

Victor Smorgon Group made its first US property investment in 2007. Working with US based partners who have extensive, specialised property market knowledge, our trusted partners have shown that they are able to identify the best opportunities across a diverse range of sub-categories and regions.

Following the Group’s successful track record of investing in US real estate assets, Victor Smorgon Partners established the VS US Multi Family Real Estate Fund II in December 2020 and jointly established the VSFF US Real Estate Opportunities Fund in May 2019.

Property Fund III is a multi-strategy US Property Fund that will identify the best opportunities across a range of sub-markets.
